NFFC NFL Pick'em Pool 2011

Greg has given me the thumbs up to start a signup list for the 2011 NFFC NFL Pick'em Pool 2011.

Entry: $75

Rules:
Each participant will receive 1000 "Shares" to wager on NFL games throughout the regular season. The participants with the most "Shares" after week 17's final game will win the prize(s) agreed upon by Greg and the NFFC(to be posted here soon).

There is no maximum or minimum amount of games you must wager on during this contest. Each player determines when they wager, and how much they wager, or not to wager at all. Each player will only be able to wager the amount of "Shares" that they have left.

Once you receive an invite and create a free username and password, you'll use your homepage on www.officefootballpool.com to check standings, and make your wagers. On your homepage, you'll have a link to see all spreads and over/unders. If you click on a team or spread or over/under on this page, you'll have the option to place a wager of your "Shares" there. ***Be 1000000% sure that your wager is correct before you click the submit button. Once you click SUBMIT, the wager is set in stone, so make sure it is the wager you want. Wagers will NOT be changed under any condition.

Spreads change daily. Once you place a wager, the spread is locked in. It will not change there. But remember, spreads can and will change daily, and a wager placed on Tuesday may very well have a different spread on the same game wagered on Saturday.

You may place wagers up until around 10 minutes before gametime...But I always stress NOT to wait that long to place a wager. I try to place my wagers at least 30 minutes before a game, so I have peace of mind, and I know even if something happens online, I still have time to place my wager again.

No one can see anyone else's wager until that particular game has started. Once a game has started, all wagers can be viewed on a link on your homepage on the pool site.

There will be at least 3 prizes paid out. All paid entries into the 2011 NFFC events(NFFC Credits). But Greg will announce that as soon as he sets things up. I've run this contest a few times and everyone loves it. I will send out an email to everyone who was in this contest before to start things off.

The official signup list will be below in the next post. Sign up now, and Greg will figure out billing later. So you think you know the NFL? You know the spreads and over/unders? Bring it on!

I'll update the signups in the morning. I think we will have this up and running for week 8's games. That should give us enough time to get a nice amount of people in here to make this really interesting.
