The backup bid on the 259 was only 37 but if we're right it's a great bargain! GREAT job Jeff!!! he's probably gonna be triple digits in all 14 team leagues next friday. probably $300+ in some

That being said, could be good, but it is gonna take him at least a couple weeks to get up to speed, and I heard week 8 is his return.

Which means you have to hold him for 3-5 more weeks, before the rewards COULD happen.
OR he could return Week 7 and be a stud the rest of the year :D

Spent 2 on Pettis in primetime limited budget in main Clayton is a nice pick up but think Billy is right about time frame If Pettis gains any chemistry his week 6-9 opponents are GB Dal NO Ariz which would be about the time Clayton gets up to speed Just an opinion Love the fact that I drafted Torrain in main and primetime and showed patience by not dropping him Unlike J Jones and T Smith Good luck all.

Marty I got Pettis a lot tonight too Marty, and hope he can develop something with Bradford as well. Read that he has practiced at all 3 positions, and since no one else on the roster can catch, we shall see.

Went after Torain in the 400's.....not even close in most leagues. Good for you for holding on to him. As long as he is healthy, he is gonna be good with Philly, Car, and Buff as his next 3. :D

Got Jackie Battle in 11 of my 16 leagues in which he was available -- probably because I spent $100+ to get him.

Not much out there at RB this year. :(

He's out till Week 7, but with Amendola OUT FOR THE YEAR and the rest of the STL WR corp sucking, i think it's a decent bet that mr clayton will have a pretty good second half. maybe even top 20 wr in 2nd half.

in 4 games last year, bradford gave clayton:
37 targets; 22 rec; 300 yards; 2 tds

over 16 games, that's 148 targets, 88 catches, 1200 yards, and 8tds...good for 256 points (which would have placed him 8th overall last year for WR).  If only it were this simple; just extrapolate a 4-game hot start over 16 games and voila! Top 10 player! Haha.

I've never seen a year with such slim pickings on the waiver wire as this year. I think we all are getting better at drafting each year and leaving table scraps!
