What did I say?
I thought the grade was uncomfortably high. I think I liked the C- of our last draft better ... it's the underdog thing I guess.

Why don't some of you quit posting on this topic? Greg asked for some feedback not 7 pages worth of conversations. Post your comments and leave it alone. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

A few observations on this thread:
1) I casually answered Greg's question yesterday morning and come back to the seventh page in one day.
2) Unfortunately a lot of that was crap - not sure why some of you can't take other arguments or time wasters to a different thread so Greg can evaluate the answers to this without wading through the garbage.
3) I agree with those who think that Greg should publicize the BDDS variation so that more people would be familiar with it and thus feel better about trying it, whether it's in satellites leagues or side events. HOWEVER it is not a perfect system as others have noted. What would happen when two or three owners all bid $1000 - back to a coin flip - so we didn't get very far away from random draw did we?
Back to the original question - I would strongly prefer that the NFFC stick to 14 team leagues. It was and is a point of differentiation and that is good. Many of us like to play in both contests because they are NOT the same.
Peace - out

Actually ... even though I was the main offender on this thread (lost focus) ... I do agree with this. We need to stay on topic and start new topics if we want to discuss BBDS or other unrelated topics. It frustrates me sometimes when others do this.
And yes Snake ... My impression of Turbroug is the same as yours.
Thanks Hook.
