Travis Henry sprained his knee in Saturday night's preseason game. Henry limped off the field and is out for the night. Mike Bell left the game with a hip strain.
Who's next in line?

Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Next up...Stephen Davis or Corey Dillon?

Time to reset my KDS? I guess I will have to change my first pref to something other than 7 or 8.
Oh and to the hundreds of players who have drafted versus me in the summer, you are welcome for making sure none of you had to take him.

You are the first person I thought of when I heard this news Rob. (and KJ Duke)
I took Henry in one satellite this year at #13, and thought I got a steal. I did take Mike Bell YESTERDAY in a WCOFF DM satellite, so I suppose things kinda evened out.
That being said, we don't know how serious it is yet. And if it is serious, at least it happened now and not week one.
The real question is, could this be attributed to "the curse of the 100K champ the following season"?
And the second question is IF SERIOUS (say 4 weeks or more of action missed), how high does Mike Bell go (assuming he is OK?)
Cecil Sapp anyone?

I've already done 7 drafts/auctions this year and I have really tried to target Henry and it just hasn't worked out. (or has it???)
He has gone immediately in front of me twice and I missed him in both auctions. I guess sometimes your luck is in who you don't get...

haha bitches (he's my best keeper in my league. 11 dollars out of a 200 cap)
Broncos coach Mike Shanahan described Travis Henry's knee injury as a "first-degree sprain, the mildest kind."
"It's a day-to-day thing," Henry said himself. "It's nothing too serious." An MRI performed on Sunday or Monday should confirm the Broncos' optimism.
