I think folks should check out the sites first like Rich just did, but these auction sites are light years from what we had in the past. Could get interesting. We'll talk a little more about it all here.

I know we have auction leagues and draft champion leagues but I would love to do draft champion leagues with an auction. It would take awhile but ESPN seems to run their auctions very efficiently and the last several picks run like a draft anyway. I did one last year and wish their were more available for those of us who can't get enough fantasy football.

Greg, there are definitely around 20 players who would do an auction or draftchampions/auction. We just finished one, with Wayne Ellis running it. You guys will switch the players over to your fanball software once the site is up. Wayne had a few problems that made life difficult for him as player and moderator.

If you guys hold an auction satellite, I have a feeling people will join, as long as one of you guys fasciliitate it. Greg, if you build it, they will come. A lot of people are waiting for something to jump out at them right now. Satellite season is among us. If this website is that good, toss an auction satellite up there and see what happens.

I'm opposite of Weber.

If it were a DC auction, I would consider it. I already have a bunch of leagues earmarked to manage...don't really want another one.

14 Team auctions only for me and I would join an Auction Championship thing.

The DC idea is preferred but I would have to wonder how long 26 picks for each team would take. 19 players took almost 5 hours. 26 might take 7? Don't know if I could handle that but I might try ONCE.

Jesus Mike, there are things I agree with you about. I simply don't want any more managed leagues.

Don't let your head swell and think it is all about you! ;)

Let's do a 14 team Auction/Draftchampions league on a Saturday evening. I'll only play if Weber and Waz are in it though. If SNAKE could moderate it, it would make it that much more fun. I love watching people argue amongst each other when I'm in the midst of opening a can-O-whuppass on them and they don't realize it until the draft is over.

Online Auction/DraftChampions combo::

14 players

ESPN DraftRoom, moderated by the NFFC

$150 Entry Pay Top 2 (accumulative scores-NO H-H)

26 players. $208 BankRoll. Smack Talk Mandatory.

Greg, can you do this, with a moderator?
