I talked with Geoff's mom this morning and she said he had a 107 fever last night and they are trying everything they can to get that down. He was in the hospital yesterday, yet the infection was in his bloodstream and affecting his heart. They have him on a ventilator now and his temperature is 106. This is a critical week for Geoff, so please keep him in your prayers and thoughts.

The good news is that Geoff was in great physical condition and worked out each day. The doctors believe he is strong enough to get through this and by week's end will re-evaluate the damage to his heart. He's 26, 27 years old and a great guy with a great future in this industry who had a bizarre infection get into his bloodstream. We're ALL praying for you Geoff. Please beat this.

Wow, what a kick to the gut that was. That made me sick. Geoff is such a nice guy and such a credit to this industry. I really hope to get good news in the very near future about him getting better.

I will pray for him. Once they get the fever and infection under control ,he may need a mitral valve replacment. He is young and should do great… God be with him..
