I'd say ESPN gets a big thumbs up for their auction site. Time to fire up the sats. :D

I thought it was excellent compared to what we have had to use in the past. That was fun and we finished in 3:39. Nicely done.

Software worked great.

Three minor suggestions:

1. List the players Last Name, First Name to make them easier to find.

2. Maybe I missed an easier way, but drag-n-drop to the queue to nominate players takes too long, especially when you have to drag-n-drop them to the bottom of the page and then have to go to the top of the page to change the bid and then click the "Nominate" button. Again, maybe I missed an easier way.

3. Right after a player is won, a picture of the player that you put at the top of your queue is displayed. I kept thinking that someone had nominated my player. I finally put Mark Brunell there. Instead of changing pictures, just leave the guy that was won displayed and show what team won him and how much they paid.

It was a great draft and went almost perfectly. Except for my player choices of course.

The only team in NFFC Main Event history to win 11 games and not cash. :(

1683.8 pts. in 2009 is the record for a team with just 2 wins. Old record - 1479.95

Tom,

I like your team as one of the top 3, but Brandon Marshall is a big question mark (with huge upside) and Felix Jones/Justin Gage at the flex is a little weak. I guess when people see the Magazine, it'll look good because they will not understand the timing with Marshall. I'd like feedback on my auction as well. I felt it was middle of the road. I wanted Ted Ginn as WR4, but spent the money on my handcuffs instead.

QB-Matt Ryan 17
QB-JaMarcus Russell 2

RB-Adrian Peterson 59
RB-Ronnie Brown 31
RB-Chester Taylor 5
RB-Ricky Williams 2
RB-Kevin Jones 1
RB-Danny Ware 1

WR-Dwayne Bowe 31
WR-Lance Moore 17
WR-Devin Hester 13
WR-Bryant Johnson 1
WR-Siney Rice 1
WR-Malcom Floyd 1

TE-Greg Olsen 12
TE-Bo Scaife 1
TE-LJ Smith 1

K-Neil Rackers 2

D/ST-Chargers

I meant to title that one to Russ, not Tom.

Jim Jim, if you're asking me to review your team, here are my thoughts...

I think as it turned out, you way overpaid for ADP. This hurt you in quality and depth IMO.

Let's look at your core:

Ryan
ADP
R. Brown
Bowe
Olsen

While Lance Moore may work out, there are questions about his health right now.

I think your depth (or lack thereof) will hurt you come BYE weeks.

I never like to spend so much for my anchor and 29.5% is a hefty sum.

For you to make the $$$ IMO, you'll need continued growth from Ryan, Peterson to finish well ahead of the pack at RB, R. Brown to be a top 10 RB and Moore to be a solid WR2 for you.

These are just my opinions, which most will tell you mean squadoosh around here.

Good luck!

Russ
