Second, there is no way I could have been in this league anyhow (on vacation), so it really isn't an issue.
I can understand how people don't want this all to go public,but I just don't understand why people are so paranoid so soon??

FIRST, it is JUNE, and so much will be obsolete, that it won't make a difference in 1 -1 1/2 months.
SECOND, when did this become a league of "top notch" owners???? I'm not saying there aren't quality players in this (because there are), but RC was scrambling to see who 4 or 5 of these guys even were (and yes, I realize they COULD be quality players).
The point is there are MANY BETTER satellites (based on accomplishments so far in the NFFC) later this summer (when the info is also more relevant) that people would rather pay attention to anyhow.
That all being said, I do agree that you should respect each individual owner's choice to keep their picks private and it SHOULD NOT be posted on this board.
HOWEVER, thinking this league is the "way people will draft" is totally ridiculous. I know you WANT to make it out that way Gekko (because you started it), but you know as well as I that there are better leagues that will show where the "top notch" players will be drafting down the road.

It's funny because if you don't want someone to do something, you don't continuously talk about them not doing it. For those of us with children, you educate them on what not to do, you don't sit there and keep saying "Jr. don't do this, Jr. don't do this, Jr. don't do that and if you do that, I'm going to tell grandpa!" sometime Jr. is going to do exactly what you forbade him to. If this is your parenting technique, be prepared for the inevitable.
BTW, KoQ, got what you're saying, but those "guys" know who I am talking about. All I can say is I can't wait to see a few of your picks so I know how to draft in the BWazz memorial and the 3-City challenge. There certainly some BIG HEADS on this board that think they have the power of God in the NFFC, when it comes to telling people what they can or cannot do.
I will be on vacation when this draft is going on, but I can't wait to get back just to see who the first person to post their team on the MB.
If Gekko keeps telling people they shouldn't (your analogy about kids was DEAD ON!), there may be 13 teams to look at.

GG so if there are many valid reasons to keep results private, what gives you the right to display your drafted team? If every person decided to go against these so-called valid reasons and post their team, the draft results WOULD be made public. I thought you had to pay to see results??
I remember this year Eddie posted about 4-5 players he drafted for a NFBC satellite and people FREAKED OUT. A 1/5 of his team he revealed and people thought this wasn't right. You better be careful if you are going to reveal your team, I might have to run to Greg like a pre-schooler....plus, we don't want you getting black-balled! [/QUOTE]GLY....Last year in the main event i had a partner.If i was going solo i would of won the $100,000...Also because of the same people getting to see my drafts over and over I lost another satellite that would of gave me another league under my belt.People do check your picks,Not saying all of them but there are guys that have no brains out there and copy you.
