I'm thinking he means example... ? Hard to imagine him using the word 'example' and meaning 'not example'

Just my .02.

Jim, when you said 'pre-draft' did you mean before the draft?

Thanks

;)

Good point Dyv - but I dont know what good an example schedule does us. We've all seen an ff schedule before. That's why I asked.

The sample schedule will also be the “REAL” schedule. I’m sure that team 7 in all the NYC leagues plays the same schedule as team 7 in Chicago and Vegas. Whatever your draft slot is will determine your schedule and it will be the exact same for all leagues, i.e., team 7 in Chicago may play team 1, then 11 etc, and NYC and Vegas will mirror this.

I just arrived in Las Vegas, so I didn't see this before. I was under the impression that Jim was posting the actual NFFC head-to-head schedule for all NFFC teams. Week one is 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4, 5 vs. 6, etc. Is that what you see now? If so, this should be good to go and obviously all of the cities use the same head-to-head format.

Hey Greg! I'm jealous you are already in Vegas....hmmmm, you are there before most of the contestants, makes one wonder, it ain't Wisconsin...hmmmm, well never fear because we all know "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" ;)

Greg - There is a lot of discussion on the boards about using the schedule to help optimize your picks. Maybe it shouldn't have been posted yet. Just a thought... Any chance of changing it now that some teams are trying to use it as a pre-draft advantage? I don't have strong feeling either way, but some teams are already saying there are "bad" draft positions and "good" ones based on the schedule posted.

Yeah, Scott I'm in Vegas and I think I was sound asleep at 9:00. First time in a month I got eight hours of sleep and it happened in Las Vegas!!! Yikes, that MUST stay in Vegas.

I'm surprised people are making a big deal of the schedule being posted ahead of time and people using it as another strategical tool on Draft Day. Don't NFL teams know what their schedule is when they make out their final rosters and cuts? I think it's great that some teams are looking at the matchups and wondering how to build their team stronger because of it. Remember, it's a 13-week schedule so it's not a short season where you know the results of one game and that one game is part of just an 11-week regular season. This is different.

I think knowing your head-to-head matchups before the draft is just common knowledge. Good luck everyone and use every bit of information you can on Draft Day to build a winning team.
