FA Drop Question

I’m asking this question in advance of the FA period this week. Will I be allowed to drop M.Moore and J.Porter this week? My team is so stacked that Moore and Porter look to be my worst players. Thanks in advance.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?
