GG

LOL!
You are definately the best at stirring up a hornets nest. I have to say the MB would be pretty boring without Gekko ;)

Anyhow, I saw the article and it was a nice write up. You HAVE to be the guy on the left!

So congrats again on an outstanding 2004. I really don't get into the whole luck thing. You won and that's all that matters so I'll give you your due respect as the defending champ.

All the sweet stuff aside - don't plan on cashing this years check. I know you always welcome a challenge so I'm giving you a heads up - I plan on taking your crown this year.

I'm not gonna brag on what we accomplished last year because there's only 1 champ and it wasn't us but be warned - 2005 is the year of RC...bwa..ha ha ha!

Gekko,
i read the writeup today in Fantasy Sports. You definately had the best draft I have seen since competing in this and the WCOFF. (Also, thank for my props on how lucky LUMPY got on the David Carr non-fumble, i am still losing sleep on that .05 loss). I had the 13th pick also, and was going to follow the same overall stategy (believe it or not) but had to ditch it when there wasn't a good RB in the 2nd (got Brady and a good TE in all my leagues) Alot of people will follow you lead this year. Can't wait to see your stategy this year. My stategy that i used in the auction last year can work (do you remember?), acutally easier this year with the added depth at running back this year. It will be fun. Are you going to Vegas or Chicago? Vegas again for us.
Nice comeback over the last few weeks in baseball. We have a competitive division.

Alot of people will follow you lead this year. a lot of people will be wrong. gonzo had a career year, and just about everyone of our early draft picks did great. we were fortunate enough to pick all the right players. one or two players off and we wouldn't have won. winning from the 13th pole is tough, and something i don't wish to go through again. give me the #1 slot, and vegas has me at 6-1 to win this thing again.

An all out change isn't necessary. We will definately not ignore the RB position as we did last year. We only need to improve by 11 positions so a couple of smarter choices should do the trick.

I hate the thought of drafting from anywhere beyond the #2 slot. Huge advantage up front this year - don't you agree!
