New York Hilton question

Post by King of Queens » Fri Aug 12, 2005 5:55 am

Tom might be the best one to answer this question, but I'll ask anyway: Will the NFFC main event in New York be held in the same room as last year's NFFC event, or will the draft be held in the room that we used for baseball?

Glen, where was the baseball room in March? I was hoping that we were going back to the same spot as last year for the football. I guess TOM won't know until next Friday. CYA week.

I believe we are in the same spot as football last year, not the same room that we were in for baseball in March. That's what I was told at our Monday meeting. Tom can respond tomorrow, but Glenn I'm positive that is the right answer.

I will be driving in from Philly though I am from Chicago and have never driven in NY.

How long of a trip should I plan for?

Any suggestions other than taking the train?

Or should I take the train?

I would take Amtrak into Penn Station, but if you drive, expect about 2-3 hours...And $30-$50 parking.

TAKE THE TRAIN TO PENN STATION. FROM THEIR TAKE A CAB BE THEIR IN 5 TO 10 MINUTES. SO MUCH EASIER THEN DEALING WITH THE TRAFFIC.

I will have to check the train times. Guess I won't be back in time for as much of the wedding as my wife hopes?

Thanks for the advice.

The train is Amtrak and not some local commuters?
