Greg/Tom, question?

Post by Nag' » Thu Oct 27, 2005 10:26 am

With regards to blind bidding.

Let's assume I have the following 2 bids in place (the second bid is NOT a conditional bid):

1. Add Kyle Orton for $150, Drop Ferguson
2. Add Justin Griffin for $250, Drop Ferguson

If I have the highest bid for Orton AND Griffin, which player will I win?

I ask because on the Free Agents page it says: The top dollar amount for every pending waiver claim will win that player. The order you make the selections does not matter.

How can you drop a player twice?

Oops, I guess that would confuse you again.

I see you have trouble reading these rules too.

Ok. Which one is the "top" dollar? Puzzle solved.

Sorry, just can't refrain from joining the SmartAzz Club.

You'd get Griffin, Nag. Sorry I missed this earlier.

Thanks Greg. That's the way I interpreted it as well. Just making sure.
