For 17pts you're looking for a RB to score a TD+100 total yards + 2 receptions. WR - TD+70yards+4receptions. QB - 1TD + 220yards passing.

this can be advanced to include the playoffs. Remember you need 2 out of 3 to advance so if you dont have a QB to pick then you must correctly nail the RB and WR.

Not sure of its feasibility via STATS or another site but it's pretty simple, uses players not teams and incorporates the NFFC scoring system which we all know and love !

Can call it the MEATLOAF SPECIAL, because 2 out of 3 ain't bad. lol. sorry.

The good news is that CDM/Fanball kept the prize pool intact for all people who paid and are still paying out the guaranteed prize while reimbursing everyone's money through credits with CDM. It's admirable what they are doing as obviously a lawyer in the new partnership felt this wasn't something they wanted to promote.

It's a legal issue only because the recent Internet Gambling Bill specifically has carveout language for fantasy sports that talks about player performances, not team events. Someone there felt that doing a Survivor team pool as a pay game wasn't covered under the Bill's terminology. I don't think this would draw the Department of Justice to CDM's game, but I guess you never know. And when you're now part of a BIG company, you don't take chances. In the future, this contest may be offered as a free game with a national sponsor covering the prizes.

Just my two cents, for what they're worth.

Even worse, any site that would just link to that game (as a marketing affiliate) would also be breaking the law and subject to enforcement and fines. How about each week, you pick a player that gains over 100 yards rushing or receiving? (Or does that fall under one player?) If not, you would be eliminated if your pick didn't gain 100 yards rushing for RB or 100 yards for WR/TE (no combined totals!)

Just a thought!

I think poopy tooth hit it on the nose though. How about 1 QB, 1Rb and 1 WR and you must score 40 NFFC points or you are out...Can't pick the same player twice.

NBCSports Player Eliminator game is the best free one out there imo. Great format with tons of strategy. The Player Eliminator format could be used in a large scale "pay for prizes" game very easily.

That sounds kind of interesting... pick a QB, RB, WR and must score over 40 combined to advance... I think I would be into this.
