You could have easily got 1/2 those guys in middle rounds, I would think..!

Alright , not middle rounds , but definitly rounds 3,4,5 and maybe 6, which would still allowed you to get those Rbs, #1 - Rudi, #2 - Westbrook, #3 - AJohnson, Wayne, Walker or D-Jack and #4 - Williams, Ward, Evans and Cole. Point Being Asolid Draft Like this can Definitly compete and whoop a Tomlinson Team...!!

The problem is when you take Westbrook, you MUST have a decent #3 RB or a bottle of Captain Morgan and Pepto Bismol handy.

For the record, Wayne was gone in round 2, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on A.Johnson in the 4th (easy to say now), wouldn't have touched D-Jax, and wasn't high on Walker.

Also, Ward AND R.Williams BEFORE I took Gore in the 3rd.

.... No I can't blame you for the Pepto Pick, and I'm not saying its as easy as hindsight, I'm just saying it was very plausible to pick # 1 Rb # 2 Rb # 3 Wr # 4 Wr and compete with # 1 Tomlinson and picks # 28-29 and 57.....IMHO

All I know is that they are my starting backfield in my home league. I hope they both stay hot.

Gore doesn't get any goal line carries now hurting his value as he is a yardage and long TD guy now. I was at the game Sunday and as a Gore owner and Niner fan it is frustrating to say the least.

I obviously cannot complain about my results this season as I have put together a very good team that is performing well. However, I still wish I could go back to the moment in the 3rd round (I drew the #7 position and took S. Jackson and Boldin) and I agonized between Julius Jones and Frank Gore. I knew the Cowboys had one of the easiest schedules to rush against and knew Jones had a huge upside even with Parcells boy-toy Marion Barber there. I talked myself into Gore having question marks and durability problems and went with Jones, who has sucked the life out of me all year watching Barber vulture scores and 3rd down garbage yardage.

If I could subtract Jones and add Gore I would be able to put my team up against anyone in the event... Hindsight is lovely...
