All the leagues changed from being correct to all jumbled in the afternoon yesterday when Stats sent e-mail reports out.

How sending out an e-mail causes this problem is just another Stats gem.
You mean the gold standard in ff site service? The ONLY site to ever use as it never has a problem?

Seems they've had more than their share of glitches this year.

Until they have glitches on "gameday" or a mix-up with submitting lineups (ala WCOFF), they are OK in my book.

Yes, I knocked on wood! :D
I just shelled out $1550 for two leagues and for that amount, expect so much more.

Why do we have to ask for things Week 1 that have been done in the past before? (Overall standings, power rankings page)

Why are the results posted 2 1/2 hours after the end of the last game? That's absurd. It should NEVER be more than an hour.

Why are the standings messed up right now? That's absurd.

The sad fact is they simply don't care about the quality of their work unless you are one of their top clients. It has been that way for well over a decade in many areas.

We are paying premium dollars and should expect a premium stat service equal to the level that customer service is at. JMO.

p.s. Glad to see them fixed. Just boggles the mind that something as simple as a standings report can get messed up. I know Greg gets frustrated by this stuff too and my post in no reflection on his efforts to gets things the way they should be. The fact that he even has to deal with this stuff should have been part of my post above.
