Two of fantasy's premier players have new homes this year -- RB Clinton Portis is in Washington and WR Terrell Owens whined his way to Philly. Both are talented, but both have some questions around them -- Can Portis stay injury-free? How good is the Skins' offensive line? Will TO be happy in Philly and can he stay injury-free this year?
