Sure would be nice to see Holmes out for awhile like the rest of my RB's.

NNOY- 770 for Blaylock? Isn't that a bit of a reach or am I just uninformed to the extent of Holmes' health - or lack thereof? Yes, the curse may continue.
When you start 0-2 times call for desperate measures. I put the odds on Holmes playing at 10-20% this week. I expect them to blow out the Texans regardless, so even if he does play some Blaylock will certainly get some reps. Plus there is the Monday Night factor for next week should Holmes not be 100%.
My team is deep at all positions and I only needed my FAAB for this one week (outside of the $1 K and TE pick-ups later on.) So to me, getting the best player for THIS week was critical, even if I did in fact overpay by $300.

Great, 15 minutes after these results posted, I get an e-mail that Holmes is doing much better. The curse continues.

Yeah, I too found out just minutes after the bids locked that Priest practiced and might start. Game-time decision.

$770 on Blaylock? Nnoy, help me understand... he's your difference maker for the season or are you just gambling that Priest is out for the year and Richardson and Larry Johnson won't get any carries and that Blaylock will be a top 20-25 RB ?
I'd like to understand more... I put in robust bids of $61 for Blaylock figuring I was overspending if I got him...

I didn't even bid on Blaylock. Why waste the money? Even if he plays Richardson will get the carries in the red zone. This is true desperation here.
