NY vs Chicago Grudge Match Update

Post by TamuScarecrow » Tue Nov 01, 2005 1:55 pm

All of a sudden, Liquid, those biceps are starting to look awfully wimpy. I'm checking out my Lou's menu right now as WorkPig and MM work their way to the bottom with KofQ who will be your fifth by the end of the bye weeks. And let's not forget to say goodbye to Joey Galloway, who has reached his 9th week which is about his seasonal average. As Freddie Mercury would sing, another one bites the dust. :D

I can't believe it's this close. It's going to be a showdown to the end.

The last two weeks, NY jumped ahead by a little and now this week we jump ahead by a little. Like you, Diesel, I don't see either team getting another big lead on the other unless there are a rash of either all rb or all wr injuries that decimates one of the teams.

3 from each team in the top 6! Should be a good fight to the finish. 50 point seperation. I think we accomplished our goal in putting together the best owners from each city, although you may want to drop some of us bottom feeders from the team next year. :(

Good job so far everyone. It's too bad there has to be a loser, but I think the NY'ers will take it pretty well.

You see, this is why you will ultimately falter at the hands of Chicago. Unlike you selfish NY'ers, we have never cared who won the top prize. To a man - this has always been about TEAM for the men from Team Chicago.

Of course you will say it is because RC has no chance that he says this but alas, you are wrong.

I will cheer loud and strong for the Outlaws, Tamu and anyone else from Chicago who is near the top, but mostly for all 7 members who are "TEAM CHICAGO" :D

Bulger is back. He will take NY to the Promised Pizzaland. He threw for 300 yards last week and he was just loosening up. If a Bulger to Bruce TD combo ends up becoming a common thing, New York Diesel may be kicking it up a notch. BAM!
