I've been wondering what is taking you guys so long to move down here. I have a 4000 square foot house on 1.5 acres in rural Louisiana that cost me $43 per square foot while you guys are living in the concrete jungle up there in the northeast for 5-10 times that not to mention the weather is more condusive for year-round golf. Played 18 today as a matter of fact in 70 degree weather. No brainer, dudes. Not to mention I couldn't stand having Linc (I only have an "R" behind my name because it's in right now) Chafee for a senator.

Scarecrow, the Flooding, Tornadoes and payscales...I'd have to do research on all 3 before I ever considered that...I heard there are alot of people in Louisiana who will do that voodoo on you if they don't like you...

johnny Johnny, I hope Edie G. gets his man next year at his draft spot...With a possible McGahee pick put into that mix in the first round, Julius really might be there.

you mean the same westbrook who kicked his owners in the nuts the last two years during the playoff weeks? or is it the same westbrook that will lose PT to moats this coming year?
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Not to mention I couldn't stand having Linc (I only have an "R" behind my name because it's in right now) Chafee for a senator. Cost of living really is ridiculous in the north. I used to live in PA, and although it isn't too bad outside of Pittsburgh, the weather sucks. I love Virginia, because I am a 6 hour drive from Pittsburgh (family), a 3 hour drive from Nags Head, a 2 hour drive from D.C (not that I EVER want to go there!), and a 2 hour+ drive from the mountains.

I'm not a big golfer (haven't played in 3 years), but the weather down here is great. Housing is MUCH more affordable also, but like anywhere else, it is on the rise. The same house that I have right now would cost about 2-3 times more just 2 hours north in the DC area.

The wife and I (she has been here her whole life) were talking about places to live once the kids are out of the house. We absolutely love Charleston, SC but the fear of hurricanes (like Louisiana) is a big negative. We have heard great things about Tampa also (haven't been there in 20 years), and were actually supposed to go down last October, but never got to go. Isn't Yabor City the place that has the "cuban sandwiches"? I am a total sucker for a good cuban sandwich! :D I would like to live near a city with an NFL team (season tickets! :D ), and although they don't have one now, I am betting the Raleigh/Durham area will have one in 15 years. This is another great are, and weatherwise, would not be much of a change from Richmond.

Not sure where we will end up, but I do know that it won't be Iowa, Arizona, etc. because you can't play in the NFFC if you live in those states! ;)
That's the guy...The same guy that scored 16th in RB NFFC points last year in only 11 1/2 games played. IMHO, Moats is to Westbrook as C.Perry is to Rudi Johnson.
I agree Diesel with your comparisons to Perry and Rudi. HOWEVER, it did seem like Moats busted afew long runs (for TD's I believe), and that is something Westbrook never really did. Yes, Westy did catch a bunch, but Andy Reid is still the head coach. Reid would rather cut off his left nut than run the ball 20 times a game!

He will be labelled as a RB, but I see Westbrook as Philly's #1 WR next year...That's a tough call for fantasy because NFFC only gives .5 per reception for RB's as opposed to 1.0 per reception for WR's...
