NY vs Chicago Grudge Match Update

I don't think you'll have to worry about the Hispanics unionizing past LULAC in your lifetime or mine as if they do they'll send them back across the border. I just think it's ironic that Mexico is talking about economic growth while their workforce is flocking north.

As you can guess, Diesel, having worked industrial constuction for 28 years I have seen a lot of abuse with these people, mostly from their own race. We'll have labor foreman bringing these people in by the bus load, set them up 8 to an apartment, and take $50 a week from each of them to take care of their food, rent, and papers plus pocket a grand a month for themselves. Those in supervision will have insurance, those who aren't won't and will skip out on their medical bills and take up another identity. Their savings plan is to take U.S. dollars back across the border and in 20 years, live like kings. I could take $100k from winning the NFFC and go retire in Mexico, Marc, and I know speak from experience as I personally know former employees with my company who have done just that. The fact is, until the politicians in DC stand up and put a stop to it, we are going to have to deal with it and unfortunately all I see in DC is a bunch of power-hungry, overspending zealots who have self-interests and not national interests at heart.

But screw this, let's talk about something more fun like the 2nd round. Do I get a RB in the 2nd or do you have me drafting Palmer?

He has me taking Stevie Wonder in the first round, Snake. No Chad, No QB's, I love it, Diesel. A draft I can enjoy without weird picks.

Chad and T.O. go #1 and #2 in round 3 followed by Gates. Gotta go...I need 8's in this game for me to win big money...AFC 8, and NFC 8...Bad numbers in a superbowl pool, unless they score 28-28...BRING IT ON!

I'm not a Seattle fan, but if I'm Mike Holmgren I've already laid out a couple of officials who if they had another eye they'd be a cyclops. This is got to rank up there as one of the worst officiated Super Bowls in history. The league has got to start addressing this problem.

Honestly, what else are you "reaching" for?

I'll agree that the offensive pass interference call on Darrell Jackson was weak, but the only other call I can think that was "iffy" was when Jackson caught the ball out of bounds, but hit the pylon (if it was truly that close, upstairs would have reviwed it, as it was inside 2 minutes)

Roethlisberger's run WAS a TD by rule, as the call on the field WAS a TD, and there is nothing in the replay that disputed it. It was VERY close, and if it would not have been called a TD originally, I'll bet it would have stood also.

However, 4th and 2 inches with Bettis (or a Roethlisberger sneak) is money in the bank, and I KNOW Cowher would have gone for it.
