Rick? What? A couple of real Chicago boys have you running scared? I give you guys a shot at that crooked money and you don't want any of it?
I am totally OK with Waz and Jim as teammates (wow ... Chicago Dream Team ... but I was really looking to bring in my Chicago ... er ... I mean .... Boston buddies into this contest. They are both basically new to auction events (one would be new to the NFFC) ... probably dead money for the taking. We could also be from "Peoria" if you need a different city.
Mike
PS ... I couldn't tell from you previous post if Wednesday was good ... or not an option. Which is it?

This is a regular auction. After finishing last in DC's in 2004 and 2005, I swore off DC's.

5-City Online Auction Challenge
For those of you who were not following the previous Online Auction thread, I am working on putting together a 5-City Online Auction Challenge. As per discussions with Greg, if we can show there is an interest in this event, he will try to make it happen. For those who participated in the NY/Chicago Leagues and the 3-City Challenges we have had in the past, Greg is pretty good at making things happen.
In the previous Online Auction thread, there was a lot of interest in online auction leagues. Well, here's your chance. Five cities, 3 teams. Entry fee of $125 with the members of the winning team getting $500 each and the individual winner an amount to be determined later.
A draft date has not been discussed which is why the lists will be greater than 3 in case any or all of the first 3 to commit can't go that day/night. The tentative date would be one of the last two Mondays in August when there isn't an Online Championship draft. The later in August the better but that would have to be worked out with Greg. I have pulled the names of those who threw their names in the hat in the previous auction thread. First come, first play.
Boston
1.
2.
3.
Buffalo
1. Rob Benetti
2.
3.
Chicago
1. Rick Hart
2. Jim Wiseheart
3. Billy Wasosky
4. Mike Ferre
Las Vegas
1. Mark Moyer
2. KJ Duke
3. Jules McLean
New York
1. Mike Weber
2. Andy Saxton
3. Roger LeBoeuf
Well, WEBER, you wanted a crack at Jules in the Online Championship and now you may get a second crack in this auction challenge. Waiting on Boston to show up as I figured Buffalo to be a little slow but not BOSTON.

Patrick, I'm putting you in with Chicago, but if there is another city you have drafted in you want to get put in, just holler.

You can pull me from Buffalo. I won't be there this year. My plans have changed and I will again be in Chicago.
