Bye Bye Dom Davis

Post by Gordon Gekko » Fri Dec 16, 2005 9:56 am

The nffc playoffs picture gets more complex every day.

I'm afraid Dom Davis is lost for the year after reading this. Hello R.Bush.

For the last four weeks, running back Domanick Davis has played despite continued swelling in his knee.

The injury, which sidelined him for two weeks this season, may sideline him against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Davis has yet to practice this week and coach Dom Capers said he will be a "game time" decision. That's also what he was called it prior to the two games he missed this season.

When asked if he expected to be on the field Sunday, Davis simply said, "I'm trying hard."

GG....here is a question that will get the message board regulars talking. Assuming Reggie Bush is committed to as the every down back next season (not a guy that is built to handle only 15 touches like some are suggetsing) will he get drafted in the 1st round? I can't remember the last time a rookie RB was a consensus first round fantasy selection. He certainly has the hype to be one.

God loves you....thanks for the feedback on the line-up. Very much appreciated. I'm leaning towards Caddy and Moss as you suggested, however I admit the snow and the way the Patriots run defense is coming on scares me.

Snakes must not have a good memory as they can't remember that they LOST, who they LOST to and are basically LOSERS. Don't worry, I'm here to remind you.

snakie, you have definitely broken new ground in Fantasy Football as I in all my years of playing have NEVER seen anyone continue to talk SO MUCH and back it up with NOTHING other than losing. Ever heard a saying "Act like you've been here before?" Probably not. Your ex-partner told everyone on these boards that you've never won anything in your FF career and I 100% believe him. Your actions of the last 4 months only show that you are incapable of backing any of your talk and the best you can do is continue to claim that you will win something soon. Those are trademarks of an owner who is so used to LOSING, that all he has left is his YAPPING. So, go ahead and carry on with your groundless claims and false promises - you are very successful at it.
