Hey Snake....what about raising the entry fee next year to $200 and rewarding $200 to the points leader entering the playoffs. For an extra $100 we could make the top 3 prizes a little better plus take care of the regular season points leader by making sure that owner at least has a guarantee of breaking even.

I like the idea RC as this is what Greg is doing in the Auction leagues.

If I should get beat in the playoffs I will be the "poster boy" for this rule that is implemented in virtually EVERY other H2H league (in and out of the NFFC) but for some reason not in the Snake Classic???

[/QUOTE]You know what sucks about that??? I thought I changed out Rayner for Longwell due to the Pats D giving up the least amount of pts to kickers(Rayners opponent that week.) I look after the games start and wasn't quite happy that Longwell wasn't in. Lo and behold, if Longwell was in my lineup, I would've had the highest points for the week for every team in the main. I thought it would've been pretty cool to have gotten high points the week after my DC partner, Tamu did! My wife didn't hear the end of it.
I think I need to play your team every week, my team scored a lot of points in the main and Snake Classic going against your team. Hopefully we can reach the championship in Snake Classic so I can do it again.

BTW, I feel a 200 pt week coming on to cash out in the main. My teams been coming on, went from the 200's to low 100's in a matter of weeks. Probably a lil to late though.

"Day one" refers to LONG before the NFFC, as I have ALWAYS felt in a H2H league (dating back to the late 80's) that total points and/or best record should be compensated for SOMETHING before the season begins.

As far as specifically for this league, I DID NOT voice my opinion on this due to the fact that I was busy (like most of us) with MANY other leagues, work, family, etc.

I'm no blaming you at all Snake for not implementing this. It simply sucks that I have to be the POSSIBLE "guinea pig" if I should not do as well in the playoffs, as I did in the "regular season".

Oh well, I guess SOMEONE has to POSSIBLY be it.

I like your idea of a championship showdown. The masses might want a Snake vs. BWazz title game but I say...screw the masses.
