Recap of Super Satellite Rules:

Draft Date/Time = Tuesday, Sept 5th at 7pm EST

Draft Place: mockdraftcentral.com (All participants will be receiving an email/invitation prior to draft day with more details)

Draft slots determined by bidding your team’s future points. Greg will start with a blank sheet of paper with the following:
Draft slot #1 _______________
Draft slot #1 _______________
Draft slot #2 _______________
Draft slot #2 _______________
Draft slot #3 _______________
Draft slot #3 _______________
Draft slot #4 _______________
Draft slot #4 _______________
Draft slot #5 _______________
Draft slot #5 _______________
Draft slot #6 _______________
Draft slot #6 _______________
Draft slot #7 _______________

Draft slot #9 _______________
Draft slot #10 _______________

Draft slot #11 _______________
Draft slot #12 _______________
Draft slot #12 _______________
Draft slot #13 _______________
Draft slot #13 _______________
Draft slot #14 _______________
Draft slot #14 _______________

Next, Greg will find the highest bid made by any of the 28 owners. Suppose the highest bid was made by Gekko and it’s for 200 for slot #3. Greg fills in “Gekko” and “200” on the open line next to “Draft slot #3”. The rest of Gekko’s bids are removed from future consideration.

Greg then finds the next highest bid made by any of the remaining 27 owners. Suppose the bid was made by RI Workhorse and it’s for 190 for slot #1. Greg fills in “RI Workhorse” and “190” on the open line next to “Draft slot #1”. The rest of RI Workhorse’s bids are removed from future consideration.

Greg then finds the next highest bid made by any of the remaining 26 owners. Suppose the bid was made by King of Queens and it’s for 125 for slot #1. Greg fills in “King of Queens” and “125” on the open line next to “Draft slot #1”. The rest of King of Queens bids are removed from future consideration. Both draft slot #1’s have now been filled. All remaining bids for draft slot #1 are removed from future consideration.

Here’s how Greg’s paper would look…
Draft slot #1 ___ RI Workhorse 190__
Draft slot #1 ___ King of Queens 125__
Draft slot #2 _______________
Draft slot #2 _______________
Draft slot #3 ___Gekko 200_____
Draft slot #3 _______________

Draft slot #9 _______________

Draft slot #10 _______________

Draft slot #11 _______________
Draft slot #12 _______________
Draft slot #12 _______________
Draft slot #13 _______________
Draft slot #13 _______________
Draft slot #14 _______________
Draft slot #14 _______________

Greg continues the evaluations until all draft slots are allocated or all bids are exhausted. If there are remaining draft slots and owners, Greg RANDOMLY assigns the remaining draft slots to the remaining owners.

As far as dividing the 28 owners into two drafting leagues (A & B), I recommend doing it this way:
Drafting League A = high bidders for draft slots 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 AND low bidders for draft slots 2,4,6,8,10,12,14
Drafting League B = high bidders for draft slots 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 AND low bidders for draft slots 1,3,5,7,9,11,13

Draft is 26 rounds. After the two separate drafts, all 28 teams will be combined into one league

I predict I'm in the same "draft 14" with GG and KoQ's...and that I am pick #11.

Just a feeling.

Hey guys, just a reminder that this league is being held tonight. The 28 owners involved should be ready to go by 7pm tonight. Everyone should have received an invite from Mock Draft Central by now. If not, please contact Greg/Tom/Geoff/Jason ASAP.

Thanks, and see you all there...

It's eight minutes to draft time and I'm seeing a lot of unclaimed spots -- something rare for the NFFC'ers -- so, here's a friendly bump as a reminder.

Am I correct in assuming that we will be tracking this league in the same place as the main event teams? Thanks
