I've read the examples of the ties, and agree.

If people tie for a certain place, it knocks out the place below it, and the prize money will be split between the two or more ties.

I won't do the Math again just yet, because I have 7-9 emails telling me that their checks are in the mail. But as of today, I have 61 paid signups. I will get the invites out to all paid entrants tonight and tomorrow, and I'll have the official prize info posted by the end of next week, just before the Main Events.

Based on 61:

1st=1,982.50 65%
2nd=1,067.50 35%
3rd= 305.00 10%

I think I'm correct on %. If so that's the break out.

I sent out a bunch of invites tonight. I will send out the rest tomorrow night.

I will send out an email to everyone that signed up for TWO entries, tomorrow, so you will know what to do.

Once you sign up for the contest, you will see NFL Pre-Season games available for wagering. PLEASE DO NOT WAGER ON THESE GAMES. Our contest starts on the first day of the regular season. I can not fix a bet that someone puts in by mistake, so I'll say it again, PLEASE DO NOT WAGER ON PRE-SEASON NFL GAMES on the site...

Look for your invites this weekend. Sign up and get to know the site.

If you didn't get an invite tonight, I guarantee you'll get one tomorrow.

Good luck everyone and thanks for joining. The count isn't official until next week sometime. There are a few more that I have to settle up with and I will have all prize info before the NFFC Main Events next week.

Okay, I've changed the rules in the pool, so it doesn't start until Sept. 1st. This way, nobody can bet a pre-season game. If one person bet a pre-season game, then I'd have to let everyone do it.

So sign up if you've gotten an invite, and browse the site. But you won't see the games and spreads until Monday, Sept.1st.

I have nearly every invite sent out now.

I have an email out to all players who have 2 entries, with the info on how to create your second team.

As I've said before, we have over 60 signups, and once you've signed in, you're good to go. I will have the prize payouts set by the end of this coming week, when I finalize everything. Top 3 win the prizes. 65%, 35%, and 10%.

Good luck everyone. Remember, the most important part of this contest is to have fun with it.

I think I made a very good estimate at the beginning. 70 entries is probably what we're looking at for our first year doing this contest. I have more people to sign up later today. I'm trying not to leave anyone out, if they forgot to send their check, or if they are just logging on to the NFFC now, since last season.

Since I'm finishing up today with the signups, anyone that pays via PayPal can jump in at the last minute today. Just send the money($55) to [email protected] in care of Marc Quitsch...And you're in. I'll need your full name and email address in order to send you the invites from the website.
