Funny Riff, as I was just going to suggest that Perry include Brady and Brees in his possible list of 'draftees'.

That being said, Westy is worth the gamble now, if you already had Megatron on board.

Westy.

Westy. As the season approaches and if he's fully practicing I'd also take Westy...of course he probably won't be here if that's the case. But still too much risk at this point, imo.
The way I'm looking at it is; I've just put down $1400., with what's known about Westy TODAY, I'm not buying. Now, in a "cheapie" satellite I may take the chance.

[/QUOTE]Interesting Rich, only because I know you had targeted Westy at 11 and 12 in some earlier drafts. Are you more concerned about his injury now than you were previously, or is it like you said, with $1400 on the line you'd rather take the safer route here?

I'd say Westy is the play here too and agree that the two QBs should be added to the list soon.

Both those satellite drafts occurred BEFORE there was any news about his ankle problem. At this point I wouldn't take him in the 1st round, even in a satellite, because there're better options, imo. It would be at about this point that I would consider him in a satellite. In the Main Event, with what's known today I would let someone else take the risk. If you selected him here, after taking a WR in the 1st round, and he has problems coming back, you've put yourself in a hole that would be really tough to recover from. Why take the chance when you can take either another top WR, RB or as I would my top ranked QB.
In addition, those were both DC's, which involve very different draft strategies than an 18 player draft.
