Drew Brees If forced, I would take Welker here. He's a PPR machine who catches 75% of the balls thrown his way. I don't see how you can go wrong with him. He's the most undervalued receiver in the first 3 rounds.

I'd also consider looking at Witten here. If other receivers step up, he could post over 100 receptions.

If I were in this chair, I would probably take the best WR - by the time it gets back to you in the third round you will be looking deep into the WR2s....so Welker for me (today)
