I will agree with something Mark said earlier though, this could really make Wayne have an enormous year. The Colts still have plenty of weapons and although I personally have been cool to them in drafts due to oncerns about their line, it was pretty impressive to see Manning march them up and down the field even with Gonzo2 out. Also may have given a break to those thin at WR who grabbed Collie and Garcon late.
Never do card tricks for the people you play poker with.

makes me wonder why i decided to play. unbelievable. Yeah I have him on 3 of my 6 teams in that same price range.

At least the other 2 of the 3 teams in that price range I have Reggie Wayne including my NFFC 14-teamer.

[/QUOTE]I have him on 3 teams, but he is no better than a #2 WR for me, and I have a decent option at #3.

I'm not saying it doesn't suck (it does, as it is going to cost me at least one of my games), but you move on. However, I'm not hitting the panic button, as I feel I have "decent" replacements for the next few weeks. I know one of the teams that you have him on, and I understand why you are concerned.

Injuries happen, and if you honestly feel it is that much luck involved, why do you plunk down the amount of $$$ that you do???

An injury that may have a little impact to the fantasy ranks is to Nicks in NY who was receiving alot of targets. With him out (they got lucky possibly as it is reported to be a sprain) Eli will have pretty much Hixon and Smith to goto in the oming weeks. Steve Smith will now catch 90 balls! :D

2) although I feel that things will get better (they have to right?) I am, as of right now, a very concerned double-Main Steve Smith owner...wtf is wrong with Delhomme, didn't he just get a vote of extreme confidence by being rewarded a pretty large new contract by the organization in the off-season and this is how he responds right out of the gate?...man, he's never been as close to as bad as he's played in his last two NFL games... It is only ONE week, and they played against a VERY fired-up emotional team due to the passing of Jim Johnson.

That being said, I wouldn't be shocked to see a repeat of 2007 (when Delhomme missed the majority of the season) and they bring in ANYONE to try and manage the game. This of course would be a nightmare for Smith, DeAngelo, and the rest of the Panthers.

Again, only one week, and hopefully it gets better For the record, I only have S.Smith on 1 team (the slow DC that started in February) so it doesn't affect me, but I love to watch the guy play! :D
