Seriously, we have been stuck on 13 for about a month now. I know it is only one spot needed, but seeing that it is only 18 days away and a decent price tag, I am getting a bit concerned. :(
We'll fill it Billy, we'll fill it.

I've been eyeballing this thread a long time. Love the auction format. From day one, this 14 team league really revved up my competitive juices, but opening a new law firm and facing so much possible unknown put a damper on my entries into the high stakes realm for awhile.

I feel like I'm walking into an unprotected field of machine gun fire, but I'm in.

I've never met Officer Magner. I'm looking forward to it. 8-)

I've never met Mr. Lowy. I'm looking forward to it.

This league is stacked. Wow. This ought to be good.

Things just got a whole lot more difficult! But Damn, this is going to be a true test.

Looking forward to meeting you, Jack, I was initially going to jump into that Friday Primetime but the lure of another
Auction pulled me away. Should be a true test, see you in Vegas!

AWESOME NEWS Jack!!! You fill this league out perfectly as we now have 14 great NFFC veterans in this league. What a great competition this is going to be. WOW!!

A big THANK YOU to Glenn Lowy for proposing this league and helping push this thing forward early on. We've never run a $2,500 Auction League in football and even in baseball we jump from $850 to $5,000. I think it's time for a Super Auction League during March Madness in baseball this year, too!!! :D Good call here everyone.

Glad to hear the new business is doing well, Jack. In a down economy, don't lawyers always do well? Keep things going and don't get so deep in football that you abandon Pausma in baseball. He still needs your help to take down the $100,000 grand prize over there!! ;)

Okay, here's the official lineup card for this one. Whoever wins this league title has done it the old fashioned way: THEY'VE EARNED IT!!

Mr. Haan in the house to help make this auction even a more brutal test than it was already shaping up to be! Looking forward to meeting you as well Jack.

Greg, no problem. I just thought about what I would like to play...you made it happen.
Thanks again and see you in a couple weeks.
