What do you need from Peyton Manning & Co. in tonight's game to get a win in the NFFC? Let's hear the wishful prayers from the congregation!!

I have two 50/50 bets going tonight

In the classic I need Ryan Mathews to beat Antonio Gates + 3.9 points. I also need to vengefully cut Greg Little who was not a wise use of my free agent money.

In an auction I need 13.9 from Demaryius Thomas. Please hold onto the ball.

Then in primetime I need Peyton Manning and Demaryius Thomas to not suffer serious injuries in the first quarter.

Team 1 needs 35 ppr points from Willis McGahee and Robert Meachem tonight - any combination will work to get me a big W

and sorry chriseibl but Team 2 needs Demaryius to be a healthy scratch tonight - or to play decoy and go without a catch

I need DT to bring out his inner AJ Green across multiple teams while also having Decker strain his hammy in warmups and not play...

For Rivers to match Rodgers' output from last night and Floyd to double up McGahee. Not looking too good.

I need San Diego to win the game at +1.

It's 24-0 at halftime.

I'm good right?

I remember, back in the day, I believe it was 2006, I had a 6 team parlay. I won the first 5 games. I had Denver in the Sunday night game in a pick em game against San Diego. If I won this game, I would win close to $12,000.

Denver took the lead 24-7 midway through the 3rd quarter. Ladanian Tomlinson scores 3 TD's in the final 18:00 of the game and San Diego wins the game 35-27. That, my friends, was the last time I bet on an NFL game. Sure, I believe fantasy football is a form of gambling, but the torture of going game to game, with money on the line, is something I don't miss at all. (I did have $2K on SD to cover my bet, but still...)

JETS SB -- great story and you are right...games like tonight are why I also don't bet on the NFL. Unfortunately I fell asleep in the 2nd quarter and missed most of the game :|
