Re: 2013 NFFC Signup List For Live Events
The demand for the NFFC Classic has been very strong early this year as we now approach 200 teams after having only 252 teams last year. The increased grand prize of $100,000 with a top league prize of $7,000 is attracting interest to our signature contest and we couldn't be more pleased.
Today we just filled up the Aug. 28th and Aug. 29th Classic Onlines and we already have one full Classic Online league on Tuesday, Sept. 3rd. Let's keep this momentum going and sell out all available leagues. This is going to be a fun, fun league and it will feel SO GOOD to give away $100,000 again to the NFFC Classic champion. We're VERY happy with the interest in the NFFC Classic. Keep it going folks and don't be left out if you plan to compete in this one.

Week 2 in Vegas - How come you decided to put the two 14 team events at the same time on THU (Auction & DC) - My partner and I love the 14 team events as opposed to the 12 teamers. We'd definitely get in both if they were different times or days.
I'd also bet (not that I'm a gambler ) that you'd get more interest in 14 team on-line DCs if you had a contest for a lower amount like $200 with 100 leagues and paid a top prize.

Re: 2013 NFFC Signup List For Live Events
We've never had a repeat overall champion in the NFFC Classic or the NFFC Primetime, so only 9 owners in each event have a shot at being the first owner to win two of these grand titles. In the NFFC Classic, we have a handful of past champions back for another shot at the $100,000 grand prize with Michael Treffiletti just signing up last night. Past Classic champions who are already signed up include:
2012 - Roger Mathews
2011 - Michael Treffiletti
2009 - Steve Luzzi
2008 - Tom Yates
2005 - Josh Ferenc
I think we'll still see Josh Ferenc (2005) and Tom Carbone (2010) back this year, which would give us 6 past champions going for a 2nd Classic championship. Should be fun. Thanks CHAMPS and good luck to all of you.
Past Primetime champions who are back and could win a 2nd overall title include:
2008 - Dave Gerczak
2010 - Chad Schroeder
2011 - Dave Clum
2012 - Chris Vaccaro
I think 2009 champion Bill Strickler will also be back after he gets done winning titles in baseball. He's having a great season over there, but I know he's gearing up for football now. Thanks CHAMPS and good luck to all of you.

2005 Classic champion Josh Ferenc is back with us this year as he's signed up for the Sept. 5th Classic and the Sept. 3rd Primetime Online. We've got to get Josh back with us in Las Vegas, but at least we have our CHAMP back for two Main Events. Good luck Josh as I know you are confident that you will become the first two-time Classic champion. Let's see if you can do it.
We now have 153 owners with a team in each Main Event. That's a lot of people going for the $250,000 in grand prizes, $13,500 in league prizes and the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both overall titles. This will be a lot of fun watching these folks battle for so much money. Good luck all and enjoy.

Greg, I'm pretty sure the Online Classic on September 7th has a 1pm EST start. Yet you have it listed in this thread as 5pm. Please let me know which it is. If it's 5pm, it conflicts with the Primetime at the same time and that would be a problem as I'm signed up for both.
(On my team page, it reads different.... 5pm Primetime and 1pm Classic).

Glenn, I just looked at your team page and it says 1 pm ET for the Primetime and 5 pm ET for the Classic. Will that work? If not please email Greg or I so we can figure this out. Thanks.

Tom, I'm sorry I mixed up the two contests. It's the Saturday, September 7th Primetime that is listed incorrectly in this thread. That's the league that you have me entered as 5pm here when it should be 1pm.Tom Kessenich wrote:Glenn, I just looked at your team page and it says 1 pm ET for the Primetime and 5 pm ET for the Classic. Do you want to switch then? Primetime at 1 pm and Classic at 5?Glenneration X wrote:Tom, I'm sorry I mixed up the two contests. Re: 2013 NFFC Signup List For Live Events
I don't think I'm explaining myself right. My team page already shows Primetime at 1pm and Classic at 5pm and that's correct. However, the signup list on this thread shows me BOTH Primetime and Classic at 5pm. That's obviously incorrect.
