Even if we manage to get solid RBs and WRs, there's often a hole at TE or QB. But if some non-studs get bigger roles than anticipated, then these teams will have a chance to pop.

I'd be interested in what dates everyone drafted their teams too.

I've done 6 so far, plus Billy's 14-team blood-letting this Mon. night.

I've lost Percy, Danario and Maclin on one team each. Of the other ones, here's my favorite, from Aug. 11th. Hopefully, what it lacks at TE star power, it'll make up for with depth:
QB: Kaepernick, Cutler, Weeden
RB: Spiller (Choice), SJax, Bernard, Bradshaw (DBrown), Michael/Turbin, Randle, Gillislee, AGreen
WR: Roddy, Bowe, Garcon, Sanders, LaFell, JWright, Stills, TGraham, Shepard, DDavis
TE: Bennett, Eifert, Allen, Fasano
DST: HOU, CLE
K: Janikowski, Bironas, Bogotay, Tavecchio
I like your team Mike.

QBs diverse and strong.
RBs looks like a really good group, very strong.
WRs looks very nice at the front end expecially if garcon can stay healthy. Don't really like any of your 'darts' at WR and that to me is the weakness but it's personal opinion down in the weeds.
TEs should be deep enough for solid production.

I'm obviously biased on this team, but I'm trying to be honest. I do have 5 other DC drafts I don't like as much as this; one would probably barely break "C" range. We can save those for a "Post your WORST DC team" thread. :P
- QB: A. 3 NFL starters
- RB: A. 3 NFL starters, high-upside timeshare, decent fliers/handcuffs
- WR: A-. Good starters and a couple fliers
- TE: B-. No studs, but 4 NFL starters
- Overall: A-

Thanks for the input matt. I agree. My last 3-4 WRs fall off a cliff, for sure, but I don't mind Stills and Wright.

Anybody that can draft in early-mid May and still have your team intact must be living right

yeah i was thinking that anyone that did that would be at a big advantage over the rest of the league...

I was in the first draft (before the NFL draft), and avoided injuries, but I took all the wrong freaking rookies

I had a couple teams I really liked but Harvin and Bell killed em. The price we pay for early drafts.
2023 NFFC Cutline Champion and 4th place ($90,000) (1720 teams)
2014 RTS Fantasy Championship National Champion ($200,000) (2460 teams)
2012 NFFC Online National Champion and 4th place ($110,000 winner) (1872 teams)
2014 DFWC National Champion (288 teams)

Honestly, this late in the drafting season, I'm amazed Mike came up with a team like this.....GREAT JOB
Bill Cleavenger
UK Wildcats...We don't rebuild, we "RELOAD"
