Was That The Greatest Weekend Of Football EVER?
I have to admit that I did spend some time with my family this Thanksgiving weekend, but every free moment I had I spent it watching football over four days. And I must admit, outside of that shitty performance by the Green Bay Packers, this had to have been the most exciting weekend of college and pro football in recent memory. Can you name a better weekend of great games with so much on the line?
You had so many great NFL games that came right down to the wire. You had so many great individual performances by NFL players who made huge impacts in fantasy football. You had so many big, big plays. And then you had a whole weekend of rivalry matchups in college football, led by the two wildest finishes in memory: The Michigan-Ohio State game and the improbable finish in the Auburn-Alabama game. Wow, unbelievable finishes.
I think they could re-run several of these games and we'd all watch again. And now tonight we have New Orleans at Seattle to cap it off. What a great five days of football. Amazing.
Was anyone at any of these wild games this weekend? Auburn-Alabama? Ohio State-Michigan? Broncos-Chiefs?/ Please tell your stories here.
And would you rank this weekend as the best weekend of football in recent memory? Let me know if I'm crazy here.

I agree Greg great week of football but I do have to complain about the Bills Falcons game. Damn refs cost Buffalo a win and possible Wild Card Playoff berth. They called pass interference on the goal line at the end of the game. I don't know what they saw but it wasn't a penalty. Game should have never went to OT.

Week 14 might be the most INSANE week in history.

Agreed, I have no idea what's happening right now but I am entertained and confused.King of Queens wrote:Week 14 might be the most INSANE week in history.

I hate the Ravens and the Patriots probably more (so exciting isn't the "right" word for me).
Thankfully I have fantasy to root for, BUT, the live scoring of H2H matchups needs a SEVERE upgrade here.....very disappointing.

I do certainly wish Iive scoring would automatically show the team you're playing against for these championship games.BillyWaz wrote:I hate the Ravens and the Patriots probably more (so exciting isn't the "right" word for me).

EXACTLY! Live scoring for individual team is fine......finding your opponent is impossible, and the H2H scoring is not working.chriseibl wrote:I do certainly wish Iive scoring would automatically show the team you're playing against for these championship games.BillyWaz wrote:I hate the Ravens and the Patriots probably more (so exciting isn't the "right" word for me).

I start to think I'm doing well because everyone on my team is scoring touchdowns... then I realize everyone on everyone else's team is scoring even more touchdowns. I expect some wild scores this week.

I SWEAR every head to head I've ever had in NFFC in weeks 14-16 for the playoff has shown me vs my opponents score but not this year. Am I wrong on this??? It HAS to have shown before because I've always known where I stood. Am I wrong?
