Re: Trendsetters 2014
I'm stuck drafting between Rich and Jules for the 2nd year in a row and my 3rd year in a row drafting next to Rich.
But, it is the first time I get to draft above the 8th spot!
For everyone out there, pay special attention to the RB that I waste the #5 or #20 pick on.
In the 5 year history of the Trendsetters, the first RB that I have taken each year in this draft misses at least a little bit of time.
Le'Veon Bell played in 13 games last year. That is the most ever for me. Twice they have played in 12 games and twice they have played in 6 games.
For the remainer of the year I would highly suggest avoiding the first RB that I take in this draft.
Looking forward to another fun draft!
Mark

Re: Trendsetters 2014
It's great to have the NFFC Trendsetters league starting up again and we'd love to use some of these draft results and talk to some of the owners on our STATS Fantasy Advantage show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio. Let's make it worth your while to share your results with us by giving a free 2015 NFFC Online Championship entry to the league champ and a free $150 Draft Champions League entry to the league runner-up. It's a little something for sharing the results with all of us here.
Good luck to all and thanks for continuing this great league and let's get some of you on the air with us this season. Thanks all.

Re: Trendsetters 2014
I like being on the corners of DCs but this group is notorious for making you pay if you try and wait out a trend. This year I hope to get more than one Defense.
One of the neat parts is doing it in phases with time in between to "over-analyze" where this group will go with the next batch if rounds.
Calling out "rookie" is also becoming an art in and of itself. When to throw that dart and pass up a proven performer for the chance to strike gold is overwhelming at times. Especially since we have phases taking place before we know where players will be landing. Just adds another exciting aspect to this draft.
Should be another interesting and fun draft.
Thanks Greg!
