Not saying your wrong with your assessment. Taking into consideration he started RB-RB-QB and just for discussion sake, Floyd was his WR2 and the 29th WR OTB. Which WR after Floyd would you rather have? His next pick was a stud TE.
Floyd is a nice talent but with Fitz around just another 1000 yard WR. He probably could get that 2 or 4 rounds later. I would have gone elsewhere. I don't see any upside to Floyd till Larry leaves via free-agency next year. Maybe Watkins or a Rookie RB may have been a better pick?

I know it's hard to pass on a guy like Rice, especially in round 4...but a possible suspension or even prison time is way too risky to draft him in round 4. But it's a double edged sword. If he doesn't face prison time or even get a suspension, then those who drafted him this late....will be jumping for joy.
Ray Rice is in no way anywhere close to being a Aaron Hernandez. Bad comparison. A-Hern is a scumbag!!

Gordon is going to be a very interesting pick over the next couple of weeks until we know more about his situation. He could be suspended the whole year or maybe it gets reduced to eight games. If he comes back after eight games he may have value in Cutline and Draft Champions Leagues. How much value that's worth to your team is up to each owner, but I have a feeling that he could go anywhere from 60th to 200th in upcoming drafts. It should be interesting.

He's a knucklehead for even being in this position now, but the NFL's punishment for marijuana and the small quantity that qualifies under their system is outdated. They know that and thus his situation could be adjusted. We'll have to wait and see.
