Let's get some feedback on the day of the week and time we want to do this. Personally, I'm extremely flexible, but since about half of this league are NFBCers (moi included), we probably need to stay away from Sunday night FAAB.

Yes, we can set this up for any night of the week and at any time. We'll email the group to get the conversation started.

I will pick some late July/early August dates and email the choices out to the group. Hopefully that gets the discussion rolling and a date nailed down soon. Let's do it.

It's good to hear some noise on this great idea for a league again. This thread's been so quiet these past few months, I pictured the members of the West and Midwest squads hiding in the corner hoping it would just go away.

Wayne: "OK Billy, but whatever happened to Rich?"

Billy: "Dunn of course wouldn't listen and left to check Rotoworld. He said he'd be right back but they caught him and made him draft against those East Coast guys. He got so scared, he used last year's magazine and ended up taking Trent Richardson in the 1st again!
See what happens when you don't listen to me?!? Now be quiet. Only 60 days 'til the draft and then we can come out and just say we didn't know the date."

Wayne: "OK Billy, but would it be alright if I just checked Rotoworld for a minute?"




PS.... I'm cool with the July 31st 9pm date that's been going around in emails. If we can ever find where the West and Midwest guys (and gal) are hiding, we can ask them if they're cool with it as well.

But of course Billy was so excited about drafting with the east coast guys (where he happens to live...) that he immediately went searching for another team. Billy knows not to throw good money after bad.

Right now Thursday, July 31st at 9 pm ET has been approved by all 7 owners who responded to me. We still need to hear from the Midwest team outside of Wayne, but we're getting closer to an actual draft date and time. Let's keep pushing on this and then we'll tackle the KDS issue and how we can make this work for the three different teams. I think we can do it.
