Waaaaaay to early. Its not like a suspension where we know he will be ready to go come week 9. So much unknown.. to risky at 8.4.

I agree it's a little early (I didn't take him there), but he would get much more tempting a few rounds later once you have all your starters filled out. After 10 rounds I had D. Bryant, J.Nelson, B.Marshall, R. White, and V.Jackson at WR, J. Graham at TE, Romo at QB, and my RB were M. Gordon, Spiller, and A. Morris. Considering this is a 10 team cutline and no glaring roster needs, I would probably have taken Foster if he had been available with my 11th round pick for potential upside RB help come cutline time.
