Frank Mammola Wins Debut NFFC Throwback League
Congrats to Frank Mammola of Danbury, Connecticut as he won the debut NFFC Throwback Draft Champions League in New York with 2,785.2 points. Frank won $4,300 for having the best memory in this group, while Nelson Sousa finished second and won $2,150. Todd Whitestone finished third and won $750.
This was the first season for the New York Throwback Draft Champions League and it was a lot of fun. Owners had to draft by memory without anything to help them. The owners drafted 26 rounds, 312 players in about 80 minutes to cap off the New York live events. It was a great debut and a great finale in the Big Apple. Thanks everyone and congrats to the winners.

Re: Frank Mammola Wins Debut NFFC Throwback League
I am interested in feedback on this league before we unveil the 2016 NFFC web site. Is this the right price point for a league like this? Is Saturday night in New York City the right time for this league? How can we get something like this rolling in Las Vegas, especially on First Weekend? I'm open to any and all suggestions because this looks like a fun format that can be run in each of the major cities.
Thanks all.
Thanks all.

I thought everything was perfect. The only thing I would like is for it to be a 20 Rd draft with FAAB, but that's just my preference
Winning isn't everything, but the will to win is.

I'm forever the forgotten player in the NFFC.
Anyway, the Chum Chum Club knows what's up!
Congrats to Frank for winning the toughest league in all of fantasy.
It was great to have 11 of the best fantasy players in the world, and then me too...lol. I was never as nervous at a draft as I was for this. But once it started, everything went smooth. The length of the draft is something that should be acknowledged. I don't remember exactly how long it was, but it was the quickest live draft I've ever been a part of. Not a SINGLE person timed out. That was insane. Great to meet up with you guys. Happy New Year.

Frank I am impressed. Good job. (unfortunately- I was not able to draft "live" this year-surgery).
