Treat this league as another private one, like Trendsetters, Billy's and mine?
For example, standard $150 DCs pay 3 league prizes: 1st $800, 2nd $300, 3rd $100.
Mine pays 1st $1000, 2nd $500, 3rd $250.
So I assume the difference of $550 (200+200+150) is what normally goes toward the Overall prize? Can that just be divided up among the 4 players of the winning regional team?
I personally like this idea.
As for Bill dropping out, since the format was EXACTLY the same last year, I gotta believe you are just skeered!!!

Or how about a $125 or $150 entry next year for all 4 members of the winning team. That would also keep with the team concept.

The 3City is a cool draft. It can bring about camaraderie amongst the owners if they'll let it. Obviously, we reduced the entry to make it an easily affordable DC. The NFFC was extremely cordial with offering the regional winners FREE prizes. As much as I appreciate what Greg/Tom did to get this up and keep it going for a couple years, if it's just another DC, it is what it is.
As for being skeeered, once upon a time I went to work in an underground coal mine, 40" seam height, yep that's correct, my office was 40" in height. It was gassy, wet with bad top. Pretty sure I'm not skeeered.

Congrats to Wayne Ellis of Evansville, Indiana as he won the individual title in the NFFC 3-City Draft Champions League. Wayne beat out last year's champion Billy Wasosky by 185.9 points for the individual league title, while Bill Cleavenger finished third. The Midwest team of Ellis, Cleavenger, Bryan Steimetz and Scott Atkins won the team title for the second straight year and all four members earn free entries into the Rotowire Online Championship in 2016. Great job guys.

Yup, mistake by me at season's end forgetting that we had reduced the entry fee. Sorry.

So the winning team will receive free online c-ships next year?

Sure, whatever you want. We changed to the format last year because the group wanted a lower entry fee. Tom and I are good with this being separate from the overall competition or as part of it. It's your call. Or if this has outlived its fun that's fine too. Just let us know.
Scott Atkins is back in if we do this. That gives us 10 now. Anyone else interested?

Okay, draft spots have been determined for tonight's 3-City Draft Champions League, which is part of the overall national contest. We will be picking 35 rounds tonight just as if this were a DC Express League. The only difference is that everyone is paying $250 for this league and each of the four winning team members will earn free entries into next year's Rotowire Fantasy Football Online Championship League. Good luck all.
The Midwest team is the defending Team Champion of this event and Billy Wasosky is the defending individual champion. Congrats and good luck to all.

I"m confused. Did we win entries from playing last year or not?
It's a really fun league but I don't understand playing against a really tough group of drafters when nobody from this league will have a chance at the overall. The date doesn't work for me this year but I was under the impression that each members of the west were getting a free entry for winning.
