Painful---Here comes the feedback...

Post by BillyWaz » Wed Aug 04, 2010 4:35 pm

The ads should ONLY be on the mock draft site...NOT the draft site!!!

Like Scott (BONGIZMO) said, "you don't need to advertise to the people that are DRAFTING (they've already paid and KNOW about the NFFC!)....mock drafting I could see, but improve the draft room by getting rid of the advertising.

Greg said early it was voted on to KEEP THE ADVERTISING on there. Hopefully they vote again, and realize how unnecessary it is, and that it is GOING TO COST THEM MONEY IF IT ISN'T FIXED!!!

First there was NOTHING on the Fanball site pertaining advertising on the NFFC until I and a couple others pointed it out (what is wrong with that picture?), and now they are advertising to CURRENT customers at the cost of a quality draft room????

I'm going to keep the faith that they get things fixed/get better people in the IT dept. VERY soon!!

At this moment I am seriously second guessing that decision as this site in it's current state is frustrating for drafting, painful on the eyes since print is unneccesarrily small. You may say that's nitpicky but seriously, I believe I speak for most that approaching four hours in, many have to have headaches as I do from eye strain. It doesn't need to be like this, lose the ads and there will be so much more space to allow us to have the tools to do what we are in here for...drafting. Eye strain here too.

And it's more than just the AD, they need to listen to their customers and give us something we feel comfortable using.
What they needed to do is let their better customers TEST this over a month ago, make suggestions, and go from there.

The online c-ship drafts start Sunday, and there sounds like there is A LOT of work to be done!
Remember, this was suggested by some NFBC vets about the draft room there and nothing.

I should stop looking at the MB tonight, apparently we are in the minority as the other draft tonight went very well with no biatching and whining.

...really now, either they get this right ASAP - in a few days to a week AT MOST (I want to mock also, man!) or Chicago (or NY or Dallas), here I come indeed!...GK I agree Glenn.

With online championships starting Sunday, if changes aren't made before then, those people could be at a serious disadvantage to others drafting later after changes are implemented.

It sounds like the $125 draft went well tonight, but in all fairness, the Jules Gamer is the one that needed to impress, as that is where some of the best in the game (and most vocal....and for good reason, as they invest A LOT of $$ into the NFFC) were drafting tonight.

It would be nice for EVERYONE to be able to "play around" on the draft site, and not just get access the morning of their draft.

I want to see how small the font actually is!

Starting players like kickers not even listed, so you think they've been taken and they were never there. That's completely unacceptable, I mean these guys have been in the industry for years and shouldn't be making these mistakes.

They are using placeholders for missing players and in some cases the ph ends up being someone draftable. it's a nightmare that won't end, still 5 rounds to go...:/
