SOLD OUT: Week 8 Saturday 8 pm ET NFFC $100 Guillotine League

It was a record year for the NFFC in the Guillotine format as we smashed through past totals in the $50, $100, $200 and $400 price points. Great job everyone and best of luck each week avoiding the "chop" as the lowest scoring team.

This concept is so good that we can continue each week going forward with new contests. The Week 2 NFFC $100 Guillotine League will consist of 16 teams and one team from Weeks 2 through 13 will be cut and all of their players will go back into the Free Agent pool. We have scheduled drafts this week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and each league will pay the Top 3 finishers, including $900 to first place. That's the same top prize as the Week 1 Guillotine leagues, so you have to love it.

These will be 16-team, 16-round leagues and the lowest scoring team each week will be "chopped" and all of their players will be put back into the Free Agent pool. This will continue through Week 13 until we have four teams left for the Championship Round. We'll accumulate scores for each team in Weeks 14, 15, 16 and 17 and reward the top three teams after Week 17.

This format will continue with new contests in Weeks 3, 4, etc. and we'll go as long as demand warrants it. We'll stop when we have eight teams in each league in whatever week that is!!! Should be fun.
