Chad Schroeder Wins FOUR 2023 NFFC Super League Titles

NFFC Hall of Famer Chad Schroeder added to his impressive NFFC resume by winning FOUR NFFC 12-Team Super League titles in 2023. Chad now has won a total of 10 NFFC Super League titles in his career, including SEVEN in the last two years. He entered seven NFFC 12-Team Super Leagues this year and won four of them. Damn impressive Chad and well done.

Chad won the first NFFC 12-Team Super League of the year on August 27th and he won the last two Super Leagues on September 8th. One of those was in Las Vegas that afternoon and one was Online at night. He also won the September 6th NFFC 12-Team Super Online League.

I'll analyze all four teams in this thread and will start with the August 27th Super Online League. That was the earliest we ever held an NFFC 12-Team Super League and Chad dominated it, winning $19,000. His Cocktails & Dreams team finished the regular season with the best record as three teams tied at 9-5, but he easily had the most points with 2,223.30. He topped the next closest team by 207.7 points to win the $5,000 league prize.

Then in the Championship Round, he led from start to finish to win the remaining $14,000. Cocktails & Dreams scored 145.85 points in Week 15, 181.85 in Week 16 and 158.35 points in Week 17. His total of 644.86 points was 29.29 more points than Brett Giglio, who earned $5,000 for his runner-up finish. Chris Eibl finished third to win $2,000 and Michael Edelman won the Consolation Round with 582.21 points to win $500.

Cocktails & Dreams were led in Week 17 by CeeDee Lamb's 41.20 points and it also got 26.85 points from Jalen Hurts and 18.70 points from Puka Nacua. Hurts, Nacua, Lamb and Mike Evans combined for over 114 points in Week 16 for the cushion Chad needed to win the title in Week 17.

Chad drafted from the 11th spot in this league and started out with Lamb, Garrett Wilson and Hurts. Getting Mike Evans in Round 7 didn't hurt at all, either.

Chad Schroeder also won the September 6th NFFC 12-Team Super Online League and the $14,000 prize. His team finished the regular season second in points, jumped into the lead in Week 15 and then held off Patrick Gallagher by just 3.60 points to win another Super League title. Chad has now won seven Super League titles in the last two years and 10 overall.

Louis Weber won $2500 for best h2h record during the regular season (10-4), while Patrick Gallagher won $2500 for most points (2,065.25). Chad finished second in points during the regular season, 60.95 points behind Patrick. But in Week 15, Chad's Cocktails & Dreams team moved into first place by scoring 163.85 points and it remained in first place after scoring 143.65 points. His 140.25 points in Week 17 were just enough to hold off Patrick for the league title.

Patrick Gallagher earned another $5,000 for his runner-up finish, while Louis Weber earned another $2,000 for finishing in third place. Doug Gard won $500 for winning the Consolation Round with 602.20 points.

Cocktails & Dreams were led in Week 17 by Kyren Williams with 30.10 points, followed by Puka Nacua with 18.70 and Patrick Mahomes with 17.45. Justin Jefferson contributed 26.10 points in Week 16.

Chad drafted from the first spot and started out with Jefferson, Mahomes and Rhomondre Stevenson. Getting Puka Nacua in the 18th round didn't hurt at all, either. Not a lot of teams won from that draft spot this year, but Chad weathered the injuries and still came out on top. Congrats to Chad and all of the prize winners from this league. Chad Schroeder also won the September 8thd, 4 pm PT NFFC 12-Team Super League and had a dominating Championship Round to win $14,000. Chad's Cocktail & Dreams team scored 661.96 points in the Championship Round to win his fourth Super League title of 2023.

Cocktails & Dreams finished the regular season with a 5-9 record, but still finished second in points. Steve Hutcherson won $2500 for best h2h record (11-3), while Wayne Ellis won $2500 for most points in the regular season (2,058.15). Chad finished 69.30 points behind Wayne and he fell to third place behind Michael Edelman and Wayne after scoring 139.55 points in Week 15. But Cocktails & Dreams vaulted to the top after scoring 200.50 points in Week 16 and they sealed the deal in Week 17 with 179.85 points.

Wayne Ellis finished second, 54.85 points behind Chad, to win $5,000, while Michael Edelman finished third to win $2,000. Rick Hart won the Consolation Round with 592.39 points to win $500.

Cocktails & Dreams were led in Week 17 by Lamar Jackson's 49.55 points, while Breece Hall added 27.60 points and Amon-Ra St. Brown added 22.10 points. Jackson, Hall, St. Brown and Mike Evans totaled 128+ points between them in Week 16 to vault Chad into the lead and he never looked back.

Chad drafted from the 8th spot and started with Amon-Ra St. Brown, Saquon Barkley and Deebo Samuel. Getting Jackson in the 4th, Hall in the 6th and Evans in the 7th were winning bargains. Congrats Chad and well done.
