Thanks all for joining both ends of the main event doubleheader and let's keep this run going.

Latest signups included:

Bob Particelli of Berwynn, Pennsylvania: Bob joined the NFBC for the first time this spring and is coming to Las Vegas to party with me for football. Awesome Bob.

Anson Chan of Ft, Lee, New Jersey: Anson is an NFFC and NFBC veteran who is doing both main events and the Auction Championship at Citi Field.

Ken Magner of Freehold, New Jersey: Kenny and his son are going to Boston for the main event doubleheader and heading to Citi Field for the Auction Championship on Friday.

Erik Duerschmidt of Green Bay, Wisconsin: This fellow Cheesehead is returning for his fourth season in the NFFC, drafting both main events online.

We've now topped 100 teams doing both main events on Saturday, Sept. 4th as we added five more teams to the Draft Day Doubleheader this week. One of these 100 teams could win the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both main event overall titles and one of them also could win a free entry in both 2011 main events with the most combined points after Week 16. Thanks all for joining both ends of the main event doubleheader and let's keep this run going.

Latest signups included:

Kenneth Ford of Kailua, Hawaii: Ken is a first-time NFFC member who is doing the main events online. Man, we need to set up a Hawaii NFFC live draft and I SHOULD RUN IT!! :D Ken is also doing a three-pack in the NFFC Online Championship after the live events. Welcome aboard Ken and we're glad to have you on board.

David Hubbard of Angleton, Texas: Dave is also a first-time member to our live events and he's going to draft twice at the House of Blues in Dallas. Dave has done some online drafts with us in the past and is a veteran of the high-stakes live events.

Ross Mallor New York City: Ross won a Classic league title last year and made the Championship Rounds of both main events last year. He's returning for both mains online this year.

Scott Shudy of Norridge, Illinois: Scott is an industry veteran who has drafted in Chicago before, but this year his schedule opened up at the last minute and he was able to get a flight to Las Vegas, where he's going to do both ends of the Draft Day doubleheader. Welcome back Scott and welcome to Sin City this year.

William Sovak of Ramsey, New Jersey: William is another high-stakes veteran who is joining the NFFC for the first time this year, drafting out of Citi Field in New York. He's also doing an Auction Championship on Friday and an Online Championship. Awesome and welcome aboard William.

Good luck all in the hunt for the $150,000 in grand prizes and the $8,000 in league prizes. Now let's keep the signups rolling in.

NFFC veteran James Roday Rodriguez has just signed up for both ends of the Main Event Doubleheader, drafting online this year. James is the star of the USA Network show "Psych" and it looks like he will be working over Labor Day weekend and can't swing a trip to Las Vegas or New York. But hopefully his schedule will clear up between now and then, as it has in the past. He drafted in Las Vegas last year and was at the Bellagio for our baseball events, so we'll see what happens. But either way it's good to have him back with us and drafting in both main events. Welcome back James and continued good luck on the show.

We now have 107 teams signed up for both ends of the NFFC main event doubleheader, adding more competition for the $75,000 cash prize to anyone who can win both overall titles. The team with the most combined points among their Classic and Primetime teams after Week 16 also wins free entries into both main events in 2011. Let's welcome the latest owners to sign up for both main events:

Las Vegas: Frank Heron of Parkland, Florida is an NFFC veteran who is returning for both mains at the Bellagio. William Sucher of Delray Beach did both mains online last year but is returning to Las Vegas with his nephew for both mains.

Carlos Garcia of McAllen, Texas is returning to Las Vegas for a second straight year to do both main events. And Cedric Kolstad of Mesa, Arizona and Scott Keikoan of Las Vegas, Nevada both just signed up today for both main events and the Friday afternoon Auction Championship league. Awesome guys.

Chris Eibl is a defending league champ who is returning to Chicago and will do both main events at the Trackside Arlington Park. Chris is also contemplating the auction league again and hopefully he jumps in as we definitely want to get a full Auction League in the Windy City.

Thanks all. Another great start to another great week. Thanks all.

We're at 110 teams now participating in the Draft Day Main Event Doubleheader on Saturday, Sept. 4th. Again, we finished with 182 teams doing both ends of the main event last year, so we have some work to do, but it's still a good number before training camps open. I like it.

Latest signups include:

Lonny Graves of Tarpon Springs, Florida, teaming up with Jon Clift on the Primetime in Las Vegas and both guys taking their own Classic teams.

Paul Fadil of Jacksonville, Florida coming back to New York for the main event doubleheader and adding an Online Championship team.

Marty Bedell of Poughkeepsie, New York: An NFFC and NFBC Charter Member, Marty will join us at Citi Field for both main events.

Awesome guys. Thanks much and let's keep this train rollin'.

Thanks for the welcome Greg. Bring that live draft to Hawaii, I am sure we could convince a few folks to come along for a draft in Waikiki. :)

Garrett Lerner of Oak Park, California is our latest NFFC member to grab both main events as we now have 125+ owners doing the Main Event Doubleheader on Saturday, Sept. 4th. That means we have 125 owners who could win the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both overall titles. NICE. We also are giving free entries to both mains to the team with the most Combined Points in the Classic and Primetime after Week 16, a $2250 value. Let's keep it going and if you want any part of this feel free to add the second part of the doubleheader and as Ernie Banks says, "It's a great day to play TWO!!" :D

Travis Toth of Anaheim, California also signed up last night for both main events in Las Vegas. Damn, we're close to filling up our sixth main event league at the Bellagio and we're working on our sixth Primetime league already. Let's keep it going folks.

Last year we had 182 owners doing both main events, so I know more are coming. And remember that the next couple of signups for both main events gets an autographed Chris Johnson mini-helmet and an autographed Rich Gannon mini-helmet. Nice giveaways if you jump in now.

Let's keep it going. We have less than 100 spots left in the Classic, so jump in a full league now.

We're on a nice roll today with veteran NFFC members coming back and doing both ends of the Main Event doubleheader. We've passed the 130 mark for teams doing both mains and battling for the Combined Standings and the $75,000 cash bonus for anyone who wins both mains. I LOVE IT!!

Here's the latest signups for the doubleheader:

Stephen Jupinka of Warwick, New Jersey is an NFFC and NFBC Charter Member who has been with us every year. He's currently second in the NFBC overall standings and battling for the $100,000 there. He's going to draft online, unless I can talk him into coming to Citi Field!! :D

Gino Yu of Torrance, California is another veteran NFFC member who has won Ultimates and Supers in the NFBC and NFFC in the past. He's doing both mains online and possibly the Super League on Sept. 7th.

John Fousek of Rapid City, South Dakota has some family issues to deal with in Minnesota and we're glad he can draft with us while he's there as he took the Classic and Primetime at the Minneapolis Hilton.

Terry Lewis of Harrisburg, North Carolina took both mains and the second Classic League today as he jumped ALL IN!! Terry is another veteran NFFC member who is doing multiple Online Championship teams and more.

Jeff Butler is with us for a second season, having done the NFBC this year as well. He was leading the overall Double Play in baseball for a bit this year and is having a great season there. He's doing both NFFC main events online as well.

Gotta love. 132 and counting. Let's approach the 182 mark of last year. That would be AWESOME.
