Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Okay, it's time to get back to the list of new signups. Sorry for the delay as we had a glitch on the registration page and a baseball overdose of magazines for Tom and me!
Let's get right to it. We've found a pair of pretty intense auction league players and that is helping to jumpstart the auction leagues in New York. First let's welcome the newest member of the growing NFFC family as Dave Sessions of Rochester, New York has just signed up for the $1,250 Auction League on Sunday, Sept. 4th and the $650 Auction League on Friday, Sept. 2nd. Dave didn't compete in the NFFC last year, but he read about it in Fantasy Sports Magazine and is excited to get involved in 2005. Thanks Dave for your trust and support and best of luck in the hunt for the $6,250 Auction League prize and the $3,350 Auction League prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Dave's buddy, Tom Greutman of Lima, New York is another first-time member of the NFFC who is jumping in head-first to the Auction Leagues. Dave will also be in the $1,250 Auction League on Sunday and the $650 Auction League on Friday at the New York Hilton. Like Dave, Tom read about the NFFC last year in Fantasy Sports Magazine and is ready to join the gang in 2005. Thanks for your trust and support, Tom, and best of luck in the hunt for the $6,250 Auction League prize and the $3,350 Auction League prize. And have fun competing against Jersey Paul in both of those!

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Let's welcome back our 39th member from the 2004 event to the 2005 event as Sam Caplan of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania has just signed up to compete in the main event and the auction league in Las Vegas. Sam's Team Caplan stumbled to a 3-10 record in New York League 5 last year, finishing with 1,389.6 points, but he's hoping a change of venue brings better fortune to his team this year. He's teaming up with co-manager Mike Donner for the main event in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 3rd and will be competing alone in the $650 auction league on Friday, Sept. 2nd. Sam is now the vice-president at XPert Enterprises and XpertLeagues.com, so we welcome another industry guy back to the contest. Thanks for your trust and support, Sam, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize, the $5,000 league prize and the $3,350 Auction League prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Let's give it up for our newest member of the growing NFFC family as Damian Burnside of Evansville, Indiana has signed up for the main event at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 3rd. Damian is new to our family of high-stakes events and we welcome him to the gang. We now have 12 signups for the Chicago event and have three full leagues between all three cities. Not a bad start. Welcome to the growing NFFC family, Damian, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
I apologize for not posting this one earlier, but let's welcome back the tag team of Richard and Michael Duewel of Moline, Illinois to the NFFC's main event in 2005. The Dawg & Hogg team finished 10-3 in Chicago League 3 with 1,734.9 points, good enough for third place prize money (by 0.5 points, I might add). Dawg & Hogg then got hot in the Consolation Round, finishing fourth with 610.81 points to earn a free entry into the 2005 event. They are returning to the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Sept. 3rd with the hope of winning a league title and the grand prize this year. Thanks guys for your support and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
We're glad to welcome another new member to the growing NFFC family as Paul Clein of Germantown, Tennessee has signed up to compete in our main event in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 3rd. Paul heard about the event from Sam Caplan and decided to join the gang right away. We are closing in on our second full league in Las Vegas, which is pretty amazing on March 1st. Thanks for your trust and support, Paul, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
We're glad to welcome back our 40th member from the 2004 event to the 2005 event as Ryan Cosner and Anthony Mogavero of Rochester, New York are returning to the main event. Ryan and Anthony competed in New York League 2 last year, with their Team Cosner finishing 4-9 with 1,620.55 points, good enough for 93rd overall. They stumbled in the Consolation Round, but obviously are enthused to come back in 2005 and finish in the money. They will be drafting in Las Vegas this year, becoming our 22nd signup to date out there for the main event. Thanks for your trust and support, guys, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
I like the interest in the auction leagues at this point as it has easily surpassed last year's attention. Here's another signup just for the auction league in Chicago, giving us five owners there already. Let's welcome the newest members of the growing NFFC family, Jeff Williamson and Jeff Schwartz of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who will be competing in the NFFC Auction League ($650 entry fee) at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Friday, Sept. 2nd. They're excited to be in the NFFC and we're glad to have them on board for the first time. Welcome to the gang and best of luck in the hunt for the $3,350 first place prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Okay, let's get back to the signups as we've had several in the last week. Let's give it up for our 41st returning member from 2004 to sign up for the 2005 event as Matthew Bayley of Urbana, Maryland will be returning to the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 3rd. Matt's Honolulu Hammers finished fourth in New York League 6 last year with 1,631.9 points, just missing out on third place money. The Hammers were 6-7 in head-to-head competition and finished 85th overall in total points. The Hammers become our 13th team in New York, leaving us one signup away from our first full league there. Thanks once again for your trust and support, Matt, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2005 NFFC?
Scott Keikoan of Las Vegas was a late signup for football last year and this baseball season he became our 299th signup, just making the field before we filled up. But in Scott's case, it's better late than never. He not only competed in the NFBC's main event this year, but he's also in an auction league and the $5K NFBC Ultimate Auction League. He had so much fun at the baseball draft that he immediately signed up for the NFFC again, indicating he also wants to compete in the $5K NFFC Ultimate League and an auction league. We'll put you in all of them Scott! Scott's Keek the Greek team finished 7-6 in Las Vegas League 4 last year with 1,521.15 points, but it finished out of the money. Scott hopes to change that this year with a big money finish in all of the events he enters. Best of luck in the NFBC, Scott, and best of luck in the hunt for the NFFC's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
