I see your point. But call it "charmed" or "lucky", Tebow has salvaged most of his games with the same late-game luck. That's what makes me believe his worst days are coming. Will they be THIS season now that many of his remaining opponents are without their key players? Perhaps not.
I'd still start Ben over Timmy - even vs my Browns mighty pass D!

Of course Tebow has salvaged his games with late-moment heroics. I don't know anyone who's questioned that. It's the fact he keeps doing it game after game after game that makes this such an amazing story. Roethlisberger did it last night and if you're a Roethlisberger owner I'm sure you're feeling great today - just as you should be. Big Ben was Tebowing last night and that means he not only delivered for his fantasy owners but his NFL team won too.

McCoy's father said Friday that his son doesn't remember anything after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit in Thursday's game against the Steelers, Cleveland Plain Dealer writer Mary Kay Cabot reports. "He never should've gone back in the game," said Brad McCoy. "He was basically out (cold) after the hit. You could tell by the rigidity of his body as he was laying there. There were a lot of easy symptoms that should've told them he had a concussion. He was nauseated and he didn't know who he was. From what I could see, they didn't test him for a concussion on the sidelines. They looked at his (left) hand."

You are right, 9-13 for 180 and 1, he had 90 and the TD in the first half...so 90 yards no TDs in the 2nd half. Definitely a high level...my bad. I may be confused. But he had a TD in the SECOND half. Either way, the played good football, made some great plays, and did it on one leg.
It was some performance.
