It's amazing how we can remember our "bad beats" with such detail.

I still remember the Thanksgiving Day game when Willie Green caught a long pass and decided for no apparent reason to step out of bounds at the 1, thus preventing me from getting me not only the six points for the TD but also bonus points because it would've been a touchdown covering 50 yards or more. The good news is the Barry Sanders owner got a cheap touchdown one play later.

Oh wait, that wasn't good news.

At least not for me.

I remember that play as if it was yesterday.

And yea I said Willie Green. I'm old.

We also passed on FatDale in the 7th for Brandon Jackson. Not as huge because we had a solid flex and decent RB1 and RB2, but would have certainly helped during bye weeks.

TK and Greg will remember probably exactly what week it was and even what year, but I remember losing a very important game the year Favre threw up that prayer of a pass on Monday night that Antonio Freeman caught off of his back and fell to the ground, then was never touched and got up and ran into the end zone. All I remember is it was late in the game and I was "safely" ahead, but my opponent had Freeman and in those days we awarded double TD's for long ones as well and that was a long one and I lost. UGH Never liked favre or Freeman much after that.

The guy I was playing against, didn't talk to ANYONE until the following year's fantasy draft. He just couldn't talk about it, being so mad. I need some luck like that again for 2008!

Passed on Randy Moss in the Ultimate League...in the sixth round

The guy I took instead? Vernon Davis.

Just a wee bit of a statistical difference...
