Greg and I took Julius Jones over Jamal Lewis in the fifth or sixth round (I think it was the sixth) of WCOFF last year. Looking back, I think that may have been a mistake.

Your Biggest 2007_Mistake

My worst bad-beat was when I was winning my H2H contest at halftime of the Monday night game by over 20 points, and I went to sleep thinking it was in the bag. My opponent only had the Chicago defense against...you guessed it: The Arizona Cardinals in that game where Dennis Green blew up in the post game news conference.

Can you imagine my shock when I woke up the next morning and saw that the Chicago DEFENSE scored OVER 20 points in the SECOND HALF alone?

On the flip side, my opponent lost a game by 0.1 points on a QB kneel-down on the last play of the game, so I guess it all evens out in the end.

The guy I took instead? Vernon Davis.

Just a wee bit of a statistical difference...
O U C H!
The morning of the Ultimate Draft, there was a report in the Boston Herald that Moss was in danger of not making the 53-man roster. He also battled hamstring issues all throughout training camp, and was coming off a very disappointing season in Oakland.

The simple fact is, situations like what happened with Moss last year just don't happen very often.
Glenn, I agree there. I remember that report as well. I gave me cause to pause when it came to Mr. Moss.

My two words = Larry Johnson

Yes, I knew the risk, but thought he would be good once he got back and he had a terrific schedule for the playoffs - just that he and I both forgot to get there.

My biggest mistake of 2007 was getting out of bed the morning of the NFFC Draft Champions Draft:

1.05 Reggie Bush RB
2.10 Marvin Harrison WR
3.10 Deuce McAllister RB
4.05 Jerricho Cotchery WR
5.10 Marc Bulger QB
6.05 Todd Heap TE

Finished DEAD LAST!

825 points out of 1st!

175 points out of 13th!

That has to be a record for the most points out of 13th Place. :(

Should have stayed in bed.

'09 2-12 129.5 ppg $0 Won

The only team in NFFC Main Event history to win 11 games and not cash. :(

1683.8 pts. in 2009 is the record for a team with just 2 wins. Old record - 1479.95

Took S. Alexander 1.5 instead of Addai.
