Prob. not the right place for this but received a bankruptcy notice today for Gridiron Sports filed in Goergia.

Not surprised as it always comes when the first big lawsuit is filed.

Ouch. STATS LLC is a creditor, too. Real Time Sports (RT Sports). Roto Sports (Mock Draft Central). The Venetian. MGM. And a lot of very good, loyal fantasy sports players. Very frustrating.

So for people that are bankruptcy experts, does the highest person owed money get theirs first or does everyone get a share?

My guess is the top creditors get the most and then once the money is gone everyone else is screwed.

Sorry to say, based upon my bankruptcy experience, in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, most of the time non secured creditors get little to no money. It depends on how much assets they claim and priority will go to the IRS and secured claims first (real estate, etc), then to non secured claims.
