I was able to verify and submit for my checks. However now it says 2-4 weeks...This is the biggest weakness of CDM/Fanball, glad they are no longer going to be around. I will miss some of their contests but their payout structure/procedure is the worst.
It was either a symptom or a cause but either way anyone looking to survive in the industry needs to have an efficient way to pay people their winnings.
Bye Bye CDM, no more can you charge my credit card immediately before and during the season and then take 2+ months to pay out winnings.

No link yet either. And to top it off I received a 1099 from fanball for 2010 and I never received a penny from them. What a farce. Customer service is a misnomer

This is good news Greg.
Quick question, will the cash value for the baseball free entries be placed in the accounts the same time as the football prizes or is that down the line? I asked this question today but didn't get an answer. I'll post that as soon as we can because I think there are close to 20 owners who need this resolved in the NFBC shortly. I'll stay on this and respond as soon as I get an answer. Thanks man.
Just an FYI: the football prizes were just listed, but the cash value for NFBC free entries were not there.
Greg and Tom, thanks for staying on top of this.
They do have that list of free entries for NFBC and I trust those will be posted soon. I will get a notification when that is done and will email those owners. I think there are about 16 who need to claim those NFBC prizes, including you. We're on top of that and hopefully that will show up today yet, too. Thanks and good luck all.
Just an update, I just ordered my NFFC check as that was listed, but the NFBC prize isn't there yet. I'm sure that'll be soon to follow as you promised Greg.
Just an FYI to those who don't have a Claim Prize link on their NFFC page, you might have to go to Fanball.com, put in your NFFC username & password, and go to My Account. There should be a Prizes tab there and once on that page your prize should be listed there to claim.

Bye Bye CDM, no more can you charge my credit card immediately before and during the season and then take 2+ months to pay out winnings. It said 2-4 weeks for our baseball prizes too, but the gang got them out much quicker. I think everyone will be focused in St. Louis to get these out quickly as that is the primary goal now with no more games scheduled through Fanball. Feel free to post when you get the checks, but my hope is that the entire focus will be on these checks going out quickly. Claim them right away folks and congrats to all of the winners.

Glenn and others: I'm not sure when the NFBC free entries will be updated, but that should happen early next week at the latest so that everyone can get that money in their possession. I know many folks want to sign up for NFBC events and use that money for that purpose, so I'll make sure St. Louis is on that. We are paying everyone their winnings rather than transfer the money. I'll post when I hear more, but I agree this should be done quickly.

Customer service is a misnomer I don't know why some folks don't see that link, but do like Glenn is suggesting and go to www.fanball.com and try there. Hopefully that works and your claim prizes link is there. If not, post here and I'll follow up with St. Louis.
I was told an email was going out to all participants today when this link was live. I'm not sure what happened there, but I'll ask that one goes out as soon as possible. Everyone needs to know that the prizes link is available to be claimed. We want every NFFC/Fanball winner to claim their prizes immediately. Thanks for your patience all.
